How we approach each booking
Every caeluxces booking follows the same preparation sequence regardless of hire type. The vehicle is selected against your requirements, inspected, prepared, and delivered at the agreed time and location. Documentation is provided in advance. The handover is kept brief and efficient.
For longer and more complex arrangements — particularly motorcades — a member of the team reviews the event requirements beforehand, maps the route, and arranges a contingency plan. Any preferences related to vehicle spec, timing, or coordination with third parties (hotels, venues, security staff) are accommodated with advance notice.
Our standard of preparation does not vary based on booking value. A morning drive receives the same attention to vehicle condition and delivery punctuality as a multi-vehicle event arrangement.
Service 01
Curated Morning Drive
A half-day hire beginning with vehicle delivery to your door by 7 AM. The selection includes refined sedans and agile coupés from our rotating collection, each chosen for comfort and driving pleasure. Whether you have early CBD meetings, a breakfast reservation at a harbourside restaurant, or simply enjoy quiet roads before the city wakes — this service provides the vehicle and the freedom to use it.
A light provisions pack accompanies every booking — water, mints, and a pressed linen towel. Return the vehicle by midday or extend at a pro-rated arrangement.

Service 02
Multi-Day Explorer Hire
For those spending several days in Singapore who prefer to move on their own terms. A selected vehicle is placed at your disposal for a continuous period — sedans, touring cars, and capable SUVs, each equipped with navigation, quality audio, and interiors suited to both city driving and longer excursions into the island's quieter areas.
Insurance, a fuel top-up on delivery, and a 24-hour hire-period support line are included. Handover and return are arranged at your accommodation or office. Well suited to visitors combining business and leisure, or residents wanting a vehicle during a period when their own is unavailable.

Service 03
Formal Event Motorcade
A coordinated vehicle service for occasions that call for a measured, polished presence — corporate launches, diplomatic functions, significant private celebrations, or board-level transport arrangements. Our team assembles a matched set of vehicles from the same class, each presented in immaculate condition with uniformed drivers who understand timing, protocol, and discretion.
Pre-event planning includes route mapping, contingency arrangements, and on-site coordination with venue staff. Decorative additions such as floral arrangements or branded signage can be accommodated with advance notice. Capacity is one to six vehicles.
